Qatar Airways, in a statement, said that passengers with a confirmed booking with a travel date between February 28, 2026, and March 10, 2026, are eligible for complimentary date changes of up to 14 days from the original travel date or a refund of the unused value of their ticket.

The national carrier explained that it is currently experiencing high call volumes, so wait times may be longer than usual, while advising passengers to contact them if they are travelling within the next 48 hours.

Qatar Airways advised passengers who made their booking through a third-party website or a travel agent to contact them for further assistance.

Passengers currently in Doha were advised to visit the official Qatar Airways update page for booking assistance.
