Russia has invited international partners to participate in the “Let’s Travel!” International Tourism Forum scheduled to be held in Moscow from June 10 to 14 this year, according to a social media post by the Embassy of Russia in Bangladesh.

The forum will serve as a platform to showcase well-known tourist destinations as well as lesser-known but notable locations, tourism products, and unique tour packages, the embassy said in a post on its verified Facebook page on Monday.

According to the announcement, the main objective of the event is to highlight the tourism potential of regions across Russia and other participating countries, along with the cultural heritage of different nations and the diversity of destinations around the world.

Participants in the forum will have opportunities to join pitch sessions, attend high-level meetings, and hold one-on-one discussions with potential clients and destination management companies (DMCs).

The event will take place at VDNH Park, where cultural programs will also be organised. Folk groups are expected to perform on the main stage, offering visitors performances reflecting the traditions and cultures of different peoples.

The forum aims to bring together tourism stakeholders, government representatives and industry professionals to promote international cooperation and tourism development, the embassy said.
