Zamil Limon's body, a Bangladeshi doctoral student murdered in Florida, is expected to arrive in Dhaka at 8:40 am on Sunday, May 4.

Today, Press Minister at the Bangladesh Embassy in Washington, Golam Mortoza, announced via Facebook post that Emirates flight EK-0582 will depart Orlando International Airport at 8:50 pm local time on Saturday, May 2, with a scheduled transit in Dubai before reaching the Bangladeshi capital.

A funeral prayer for Limon is to be held Thursday at 2:00pm at the Islamic Society of Tampa Bay Area, located at 7326 E Sligh Avenue, Tampa, Florida, according to the press minister.

The Bangladesh Embassy in Washington and the Consulate General in Miami have been in contact with US authorities, university officials, and investigative agencies following the killing.

According to authorities, Limon was last seen at his off-campus residence on April 16, while fellow Bangladeshi student Bristy was seen approximately one hour later at a University of South Florida campus science building. A family friend reported both students missing on April 17 after failing to reach either by phone.

On April 24, Limon's body was discovered, and a suspect, identified as Abugharbieh, was taken into custody. Two days later, possible human remains were recovered from a nearby body of water. Efforts to confirm whether the remains belong to Bristy are ongoing.
