VFS Global has announced that its visa application centres in Bangladesh will remain closed on February 11 and 12, 2026, due to the upcoming general election.

In a notice issued on Monday, VFS Global said its centres in Dhaka, Chattogram, and Sylhet will not operate on those two days. The decision applies to all visa-related services at the three locations.

Applicants who had appointments scheduled for February 11 or 12 will be contacted by VFS Global staff via email or phone to reschedule their appointments to a later date, the notice said.
