Westin, Sheraton launched Ramadan buffets with Bank Asia

Westin Dhaka and Sheraton Dhaka have launched month-long Ramadan buffets in partnership with Bank Asia PLC, offering Mediterranean, Arabic and subcontinental cuisines crafted by internationally experienced chefs.
The buffet was inaugurated on Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Seasonal Tastes at Westin Dhaka presents fusion Mediterranean and Arabic flavours including Lobster Kebab, Grilled Salmon, Premium Lamb Shank, Arabic Kabsa, Dhakaiya Handi Gosht, Slow Cooked Oxtail Stew, Turkish Tulumba, Pistachio Baklava and live Knafeh. Garden Kitchen at Sheraton Dhaka features Peshwari Beef Nalli Nehari, Turkish Kebab varieties, Beef Handi Gosht, Lamb Ouzi, Seafood Paella and Old Dhaka kebabs alongside authentic Turkish Baklavas including Sobiyet, Cold Milk Baklava, Katayef Kashta and Mushabak Halabi.
Four internationally experienced chefs Rimoun Obaid, Swapan Rozario, Hiromi Yonekawa and Sait Dursan are leading the culinary preparations.
Buffet Iftar and Dinner costs TK 11 thousand 990 at Westin Dhaka and TK 12 thousand 990 at Sheraton Dhaka. Buffet Suhoor, available on Thursdays, Fridays and nights before government holidays, is priced at TK 6 thousand 990 and TK 7 thousand 990 respectively.
Hotels are offering multiple card promotions across 21 banks. ‘Buy 1 Get 1’ deals available with selected cards, while Islami Bank, Mercantile Bank, NCC Bank and Jamuna Bank offer ‘Buy 1 Get 2’. Bank Asia, Dutch Bangla Bank, NCC Bank, NRB Bank, Trust Bank, BRAC Bank (Fridays only) and Mercantile Bank (from 16th Ramadan) provide ‘Buy 1 Get 3’ offers.
Bank Asia cardholders receive exclusive ‘Buy 1 Get 3’ promotion on Iftar, dinner and Suhoor throughout Ramadan at both hotels. Lucky diners at Seasonal Tastes can win return air tickets from Novoair, while Garden Kitchen guests have chances to win tickets from Air Arabia and Novoair.
Premium iftar boxes are available in three categories. Westin Dhaka offers Platinum (TK 11,990), Gold (TK 8,990) and Silver (TK 7,990). Sheraton Dhaka provides Luxury (TK 12,990), Premium (TK 9,490) and Classic (TK 8,490). Traditional Ramadan specialties including Shahi Haleem and Jalebi are available for pickup.
Both hotels offer banquet venues for Iftar, dinner and Suhoor events. Sheraton Dhaka’s Grand Ballroom and annex area can accommodate over one thousand guests, making it the largest banquet space in the diplomatic zone.
