AirAsia has launched a Deepavali promotion offering special fares to destinations including Langkawi, Bali, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Trivandrum, the Maldives, Seoul, and Melbourne, the airline said Monday.

The booking period runs from Oct 26 to Nov 1, 2026, according to a press release published on the AirAsia Newsroom website.

Travel dates vary by route. Flights to Ahmedabad can be taken from Oct 25, 2026, to Sept 30, 2027, while Amritsar flights are available from Dec 2, 2026, to Sept 30, 2027. For all other routes in the promotion, travel is valid from Nov 2, 2026 to Sept 30, 2027.

The airline said the fares include passenger service charges, regulatory service charges, fuel surcharges, and other applicable fees. They are valid on selected flights only. The release did not give specific fare prices.

Alongside the fares, AirAsia is offering a one-time change fee waiver for passengers who need to modify their travel plans, with no processing fee required. The airline noted that fare differences may apply.

Passengers can also get up to 30 percent off the airline’s Value Pack, which covers travel extras such as checked baggage, meals, and seats. The discount is valid only when the pack is purchased during the initial flight booking through the AirAsia MOVE app and is subject to availability.

The deals are available through the AirAsia MOVE app and the airline’s website, airasia.com.

AirAsia also released a Deepavali music video featuring singer and actor Mugen Rao. The airline said the video celebrates togetherness and the spirit of the Festival of Lights.

In the release, the airline said guests could use the festive season to reunite with loved ones or take a holiday trip.
