AirAsia gave festive goodie bags to passengers on its flight AK 13 to Chennai at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 on Thursday as part of its Deepavali celebrations, the airline said.
Each bag held AirAsia merchandise and discount vouchers for its AirAsia MOVE hotel booking service, according to the airline.
A team led by Kesavan Sivanandam, Deputy Group Chief Operations Officer of AirAsia Group, distributed the gifts. Mugen Rao, whom AirAsia describes as a friend of the brand and a Malaysian Indian singer and Tamil film actor, joined them in greeting the passengers.
AirAsia said a lucky draw was held during the flight, and three winners each received AirAsia MOVE cash vouchers worth 250 ringgit and a bottle of Monotheme perfume from its duty-free range.
