Crowne Plaza Dhaka Gulshan will launch “Kassem’s K(C)onspiracy,” an exclusive culinary experience curated by its newly appointed Executive Chef Mohamed Kassem, from July 23.

The limited-time dinner experience will be hosted at The Flair, the hotel’s signature dining destination, and will continue until August 2.

Chef Kassem, who has more than 18 years of experience with luxury hospitality brands including Hyatt, Kempinski, Hilton and IHG, has designed the menu around global flavours, premium ingredients and contemporary culinary techniques.

Rather than focusing on a single cuisine, the experience will feature dishes inspired by the Middle East, Europe, Asia and other regions. The menu will include Australian Salt-Crusted Salmon, Traditional Egyptian Fatta with Whole Lamb, Hamam Mahshi (Stuffed Pigeon), Spanish Braised Beef Cheeks, Alexandrian Seafood Cream Soup, freshly prepared sushi, live charcoal-grilled Kofta Tarb and the Egyptian dessert Om Ali.

Guests will also have access to a selection of international favourites and handcrafted desserts.

“Food has the power to tell stories and create lasting memories,” Chef Kassem said. “With Kassem’s K(C)onspiracy, I wanted to bring together the cuisines that have shaped my journey and invite guests to experience them in one unforgettable evening.”

The chef said each dish reflects a part of his culinary journey and that he looked forward to welcoming guests to discover new flavours and experiences.
