The Egyptian Embassy has introduced a new email-based appointment system for visa application submissions by all approved travel agencies. The information was confirmed in an official press release issued by the embassy today.

Under the new system, travel agencies must send an email to visa.consular.egyembdha@gmail.com, mentioning the agency name, the number of visa applications, and their preferred submission day—Sunday, Tuesday, or Thursday.

The embassy has specified that a maximum of five passports may be submitted per appointment. Only travel agencies with confirmed appointments will be allowed entry into the embassy premises, and the authorized representative must carry an official identification card.

The new arrangement aims to streamline the visa submission process and ensure better management of applicants at the embassy.
