Emirates to debut privacy-divider premium economy seat at ATM

Emirates will present its first electrically powered Premium Economy seat, featuring a full-height adjustable privacy screen, at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026, the airline announced in a statement.

It described the feature as an industry first, and the exhibition, the region's leading travel and tourism trade show, is scheduled to run from September 14 to 17.

According to the airline, the new A350 Premium Economy seat also includes preset lounge and meal seating positions, a leather headrest branded U-Dream, wireless and USB-C charging, and a 13.3-inch 4K HDR screen.

Emirates said the onboard experience would further include a welcome drink, amenity kits, and meals served on Royal Doulton china, alongside an extensive selection of speciality beverages.

Beyond the new seat, the Emirates stand at ATM will let travel industry visitors experience other signature cabin products, including the A380 Shower Spa, the A380 Onboard Lounge, the Boeing 777 Game Changer First Class Suite, the A350 Business Class seat, and A350 Economy Class seats fitted with the U-Dream headrest, the airline said.

Emirates said part of its stand would also be dedicated to community and sustainability initiatives, covering its Bustanica vertical farming project, work supported by the Emirates Airline Foundation, the Aircrafted by Emirates leather goods line, conservation efforts in Australia's Wolgan Valley and the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, wildlife protection work by Emirates SkyCargo, and community partnerships through sponsored events, clubs, and leagues.

The airline is also opening an Emirates Official Store at the stand, offering travel accessories and limited-edition items, including a new range of 1:200 scale snap-fit aircraft models covering the Airbus A380, Airbus A350, and Boeing 777 in classic and special liveries.

A separate "Emirates Signature Series" will feature signed sports jerseys from partnerships including UAE Team Emirates, Real Madrid, AC Milan, and Arsenal, each authenticated with a certificate and security hologram, the airline said, adding that proceeds from the jersey sales and the Aircrafted by Emirates leather collection would support the Emirates Airline Foundation's humanitarian programmes.

Emirates said its stand, located in the Sheikh Saeed Hall, would include meeting spaces able to host more than 130 visitors and industry partners at a time, and that the airline plans to finalise agreements with more than 30 partners spanning tourism boards, technology firms, and travel organisations during the event.
