This festival aims to showcase the authentic flavours, traditions, and cultural stories of the Rangamati, Khagrachhari, and Bandarban regions right in the heart of Dhaka.

Holiday Inn Executive Chef Banefus Gomes, the visionary behind the menu, expressed his excitement to Aviation Express about bringing this regional heritage to a five-star setting.

The festival features an extensive buffet priced at BDT 7,999 NET per person. Guests can look forward to traditional dishes such as Pahari Chicken Hebaang, Bamboo Chicken Biryani, Bamboo Shoot Chicken, and traditional Laksu.

Highlighting his personal recommendations, Chef Gomes remarked, "I would suggest guests definitely try the Chicken Mundi, the different types of Lakso, and our Bamboo Chicken or Bamboo Biryani". He also emphasised that these hill foods are notably healthy.

Beyond the food, the hotel lobby will be transformed with a hill-inspired fountain installation and traditional Pahari stalls showcasing local craftsmanship. The experience is further enriched by live music and traditional Pahari dance performances.
