প্রকাশ: বৃহস্পতিবার । নভেম্বর ২০, ২০২৫
Khoiyachora Waterfall is one of the most beautiful and adventurous
waterfalls in Bangladesh. Located in the hilly area of Mirsarai, Chattogram, it
consists of 13 cascading steps (locally called ‘sopans’) hidden deep inside the
jungle. The highest step gives a heavenly feeling, but the trek is physically
demanding and can be dangerous, especially in the rainy season.
This guide is based on the latest real experience (updated 2024–2025) and
will help you plan a safe and enjoyable trip.

Most
restaurants at Kathalbagan serve average to poor food. Many travelers complain
about stale or reheated chicken. Better to carry dry food (chanachur, biscuits,
dates, ORS, water).
Final
Words
Khoiyachora
is not just a waterfall – it’s an adventure that tests your body and rewards
your soul. The view from the top steps, especially in the rain and mist, feels
like paradise.
But
remember: Adventure should never cost your life.
If
you’re a beginner, enjoy the first few steps and come back safely. If you’re
experienced and the weather is good, go all the way to the 13th step, you won’t
regret it.
