The Bangladesh embassy in Libya will hold registration on October 6 and 7 for 263 migrants seeking to voluntarily return home from Tripoli, with the help of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the embassy said.
The embassy announced the schedule in a notice published on their Facebook page on Monday, along with a list of the 263 migrants concerned.
The registration is for migrants who submitted their passports and travel permits, known as outpasses, to the embassy in August 2026 as part of their application for voluntary return, the notice said.
The notice asked the migrants named in the list to be present at the embassy premises at their assigned times.
The registration will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Bangladesh embassy in Tripoli, the Libyan capital.
