US-Bangla Airlines is offering an attractive monthly salary of up to Tk 70,000 for cabin crew positions, including flying and layover allowances, as the country's largest private carrier launches its latest recruitment drive.

Selected candidates will enjoy free air tickets according to company policy alongside comprehensive benefits including medical insurance coverage, festival bonuses and pick-and-drop services during duty hours. The package also includes opportunities to explore both domestic and international destinations as part of regular duties.

Airline seeks both male and female Bangladeshi candidates meeting specific eligibility criteria. Minimum educational qualification requires HSC or equivalent with at least GPA 3.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC examinations, though graduation degree holders will receive preference. Height requirements stand at 168 cm for males and 161 cm for females with proportionate weight, maintaining Body Mass Index between 18 and 25.

Fresh applicants aged between 18 and 27 years can apply, whilst experienced cabin crew members are eligible up to 35 years. Visual acuity of 6/6 without spectacles remains mandatory, and fluency in both Bengali and English is compulsory. Swimming skills will receive preference, with selected candidates required to learn swimming during initial training.

Selected crew members must reside near Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in designated areas including Nikunja and Uttara Model Town sectors 01 to 14 after joining.
