Cathay Pacific cancels Dubai flights until April 30 amid Middle East tensions

Cathay Pacific Airways has extended the suspension of all flights to and from Dubai until April 30, 2026, citing ongoing Middle East tensions.


“In view of the developing situation in the Middle East, all Cathay Pacific flights to and from Dubai have been cancelled up to and including April 30, 2026. The safety of our customers and staff remains our top priority,” the airline said.

The airline advises affected customers who have not yet received a message to check the latest status of their booking via Manage Booking.


Flexible travel options


Under the ticket waiver policy, passengers booked to travel between Hong Kong and Dubai up to May 31, 2026, may rebook, reroute, or request a refund without the usual fees.

Travel agents and direct bookings


-Bookings made through travel agents or third-party websites should be handled via the respective provider.


-Customers who booked directly through Cathay Pacific (website, app, or Customer Care) can contact the airline for assistance or refunds via Manage Booking.
