NOVOAIR SMILES is the official frequent flyer programme of NOVOAIR that allows passengers to earn SMILES Miles on every qualifying flight and redeem them for free one-way tickets, status upgrades, excess baggage, priority services, and future partner rewards.

Who can join SMILES?

Any individual aged 18 years or older

Corporations, firms, or partnerships are not eligible

Membership is free and non-transferable

Only one account per person is allowed

How to join and manage account?

Enroll online at flynovoair.com or through NOVOAIR sales offices

You will receive a permanent SMILES Frequent Flyer Number (FF#)

Log in anytime with your FF# and PIN to:

View miles balance and transaction history (updated within 7 days)

Book reward tickets

Track expiry of miles

Keep your email, mobile, and mailing address updated online

Name changes (minor corrections): Email smiles@flynovoair.com with current name, new name, SMILES ID, mobile, and registered email

Membership tiers and qualification

Status is reviewed at the end of every month and updated on the 1st of the next month

Sapphire members receive an automatic email for address verification (required to receive physical card and full benefits)

Important earning rules

• Always quote your SMILES FF# at booking or check-in
• Miles credited within 7 days after flight completion
• Missing miles claim: Within 15 days of travel by emailing smiles@flynovoair.com with PNR, boarding pass, etc.

• No miles on: Free tickets, industry discounts, reward redemptions, barter, or certain promo tickets.

Miles expiry and key policies

·         SMILES Miles expire after 3 years from the flight date

·         Expired miles cannot be reinstated

·         Tier status (Sapphire/Platinum) lasts 2 years

·         NOVOAIR can change mileage requirements, benefits, or terminate the programme without notice

Redeeming rewards – things to know

·         Reward tickets have no cash value and cannot be sold

·         Must present photo ID when traveling on reward ticket

·         Unused reward tickets can be refunded and miles re-credited (if completely unused)

·         Reward travel may not earn additional miles or tier credit
