US-Bangla Airlines is recruiting engineers for two positions in its Ground Support Equipment (GSE) division, the airline said in a recruitment notice.
The vacancies are for a GSE Maintenance Engineer and a GSE Operations Engineer. The airline said the hiring is part of its continued focus on safe, reliable, and efficient ground operations.
GSE covers the equipment used for aircraft parking, passenger boarding, baggage handling, and other ground activities. The airline said the availability and reliability of this equipment are integral to smooth flight turnarounds and efficient airport operations.
The maintenance engineer will handle preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacement. The role also involves monitoring equipment performance and downtime, identifying recurring technical difficulties, and carrying out root-cause analysis to improve reliability.
The operations engineer will support the safe and efficient use of GSE and coordinate with relevant operational teams. The engineer will also help maintain smooth ground operations in line with established safety and operational standards.
For the maintenance post, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical and electronic, mechatronics, automotive, or electromechanical engineering. They also need two to three years of relevant experience.
The airline said it will consider technical expertise, safety awareness, teamwork, and sound operational decision-making important. The notice did not list qualifications for the operations post.
Interested candidates should email their CVs to engineeringjobs@usbair.com, stating the position applied for in the subject line. The deadline is October 15, 2026.
Selected candidates will receive two festival bonuses, free meals, domestic and international airline travel concessions, and group health and life insurance coverage, the airline said.
