ATR's Board Members have appointed Vittorio Lorenzo Della Bella as the company's new Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2026. He succeeds Nathalie Tarnaud Laude under the terms set by ATR's bylaws.

Della Bella currently serves as President of Leonardo Helicopters U.S. He previously held the role of Senior Vice-President Customer Support, Services & Training for Leonardo Helicopters, where he led a global organisation of approximately 2,500 employees supporting more than 4,500 helicopters and 1,300 customers worldwide.

Over his career, he has held senior leadership positions in programme management, business development, customer support and international industrial cooperation, including serving as Managing Director of NHIndustries.

ATR, a joint venture between Airbus and Leonardo, has also appointed Patrick Bergues as Senior Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, also effective November 1, 2026. He succeeds Andrea Coccetti, who will take on a new role within the Leonardo group.

Bergues joins ATR from Airbus, where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Airbus in the U.S. and Chief Financial Officer of Starlab Space.

Over more than three decades in aerospace finance, he has held senior leadership positions covering corporate finance, aircraft financing, insurance and risk management, financial analysis and business control across Airbus' commercial aircraft, helicopters, defence, space and services activities.
