Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel will host “Boun Appetito – Italian Weekend Theme Night” at its signature all-day dining restaurant, Bahar, from September 3 to September 26, offering guests an immersive experience of Italian cuisine and culture.

The themed dining experience will be available every Thursday to Saturday during the period, transforming Bahar into an Italian-inspired dining destination featuring regional specialities, traditional cooking techniques and contemporary presentation.

The culinary celebration will begin on September 3 with a launch event featuring a ceremonial ribbon-cutting by the Ambassador of Italy to Bangladesh, along with senior officials, guests and representatives of the Italian community. Members of the media, lifestyle influencers and food bloggers are also expected to attend.

According to the hotel, the Italian buffet will feature artisan breads, antipasti, handcrafted pastas, risottos, wood-fired Italian dishes, grilled seafood and meats, regional cheeses and a selection of desserts. These will include tiramisu, panna cotta, torta caprese, pistachio cannoli and Italian crème brûlée.

The experience will also include live cooking stations, where chefs will prepare selected dishes fresh to order.

The buffet is priced at BDT 3,950 net per person. The hotel is offering 25% savings for selected bank cardholders, GP Star members, Banglalink Orange Club customers and group bookings.
