Dubai has announced a new shopping and lifestyle destination, Skylight Mall, on Al Khail Road, with the opening planned for 2027, according to Gulf News, citing the Dubai Media Office.

Dubai Retail, part of Dubai Holding Asset Management, announced the project, describing it as a super-regional destination.

The mall will have a gross leasable area of 1.3 million square feet and more than 360 stores.

Details of the retail brands, dining options, entertainment, and other attractions will be announced at a later stage, the report said.

Skylight Mall will join Dubai Retail's existing network of 58 malls and lifestyle destinations across the emirate. The report described the project as part of Dubai's expanding retail and lifestyle landscape.
